terms of service


The terms of service (TOS) applies to all digital, traditional and personalized merchandise orders. When placing an order with Dirty_Burito, you accept the following general conditions of sale:1-Your commission-All orders will be taken by e-mail or via the following social networks: Instagram, Twitter and Telegram. Please describe your request, your ideas, share your references and inspirations. The more information you give me about what you'd like, the more certain you'll be of receiving a precise order that matches your request.-The artist reserves the right to refuse any request for an order, with no obligation to justify why to the customer.-The artist also reserves the right to cancel any order in progress if one or more of the following circumstances arise: breach of professional agreement, lack of response/communication from the customer for more than 3 months, failure to comply with the general terms and conditions of sale. Cancellation of an order at the artist's initiative will result in a refund of the order, taking into account the progress of the order.-By placing an order, you accept that your order may be used and broadcast on various social networks and on the artist's portfolio for promotional purposes, unless discussed and specified at the very beginning of the ordering process. An agreement not to broadcast your order in no way withdraws the artist's rights to any works produced.-The customer may share their order on the Internet (any mention and credit given to the artist is greatly appreciated); however, it is strictly forbidden for the customer to reproduce, resell or alter the order unless discussed with the artist beforehand. Failure to respect the artist and their work may result in the customer not being able commissioning the artist in the future.-The artist aims to complete all orders within 3 months of payment. Once this period has elapsed, the customer may request a refund, taking into account the progress of the order. If the customer wishes to have the guarantee of receiving the order before this deadline, or if the order is expected for a specific date, this must be discussed with the artist beforehand, and the artist must validate/agree to this deadline.-Once your order has been started, the artist will send you several progress reports (“work in progress” or “WIP”) throughout the process; the customer is expected to pay close attention to these WIPs in order to guide the artist as best they can in the progress of his work. However, once a step has been validated and completed, the artist reserves the right to refuse or add charges for any change requested too late, or any change that would require an excessive re-evaluation of the order.2-Prices and payment-All orders must be paid for in Euros (EUR - €) in full, before the order is placed. The following methods of payment are accepted: Paypal, cash.-All sale prices indicated on the price sheet are in Euros, do not take into account paypal fees that may be added (at the customer's expense), and are for information only. The price may vary according to the request, complexity of the work and any modification’s that are requested by the customer.-Except in the case of “Pay what you want” (“PWYW”), which is a type of order were the customer gives their budget and the artist tells them what they can do at that price, no negotiation’s will be accepted on the price of your order. Any insistent requests or complaints may result in the customer not being able commissioning the artist in the future.3-Refunds-Any refund’s requested by the customer or proposed by the artist will take into account the work carried out on the order: An order not carried out or not yet started will give rise to a refund amounting of 100% of the total price of the order. However, a partially started order (at least the sketch having been validated by the customer) will give rise to a minimum deduction of 30% from the total price of the order, except if the reimbursement follows a delay in delivery of the order. This percentage will be proportional to the work already carried out on the order, and may be as high as 60% of the total order price. If the artist has finished inking the order, any refund will be automatically refused and the order will be honoured.-A refund may be proposed by the artist in the event of one or more of the following circumstances: inability of the artist to honour the order for technical or personal reasons, or if the delivery deadline agreed between the artist and the customer has exceeded.
